You can cancel your order in your order overview in your dashboard. You can only cancel if your order has not left the warehouse. So make sure you are fast, because the employees in the warehouse are fast too.

As soon as we have processed the cancellation, we will refund you. How fast you have the money on your account depends on your payment method:
- iDEAL: within 14 business days;
- Credit card: the reservation is canceled after 14 days;
- Prepayment: you do not have to pay more.
Did you pay with a voucher, gift voucher, eco voucher or shop credit? Then you get the money back in shop credit. To confirm, you will receive an e-mail when the amount of money that has been refunded and / or your shop credit will be given credit.
